Bhagavanth Kesari and Skanda got Good TRP

Balakrishna’s movie “Bhagavanth Kesari” had a great run in theaters during the last Dussehra festival. It marked his third consecutive hit after “Akhanda” and “Veera Simha Reddy.” Directed by Anil Ravipudi, this emotional action drama featured Sreeleela in a significant role.

Recently, “Bhagavanth Kesari” premiered on Zee Telugu, and it scored a 9.36 TRP rating on its first telecast. This is quite impressive considering the declining interest in watching movies on TV.

Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal made his Tollywood debut as the antagonist in “Bhagavanth Kesari,” which was produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the Shine Screens banner. The music was composed by SS Thaman, and Kajal Aggarwal played another important role.

On the other hand, Ram Pothineni’s “Skanda” didn’t meet expectations in theaters despite being highly anticipated. Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, it received criticism for its exaggerated sequences. Sreeleela starred opposite Ram Pothineni.

“Skanda” premiered on Star Maa, and it garnered an impressive 8.11 TRP rating. It’s worth noting that “Bhagavanth Kesari” also premiered on the same day and time, yet “Skanda” managed to attract a significant small screen audience, which is commendable.

Saiee Manjrekar played a major role in “Skanda,” which featured music by SS Thaman. Srinivasaa Chitturi produced the film under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen. The movie also included Srikanth, Prince, Sharath Lohitashwa, Indraja, Ajay Purkar, Daggubati Raja, Kalakeya Prabhakar, and Babloo Prithveeraj in crucial roles.
