Ooru Peru Bhairavakona marks the fifth directorial venture for Vi Anand and his second collaboration with Sundeep Kishan since their 2015 film Tiger. The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring actors like Varsha Bollamma, Kavya Thapar, Vennela Kishore, and Harsha Chemudu.
